Our shipping methods are reliable and our packaging is designed to protect your products. We aim to provide transparent shipping costs to build trust and loyalty with our customers.

We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and conveniently. Please review our shipping and pickup options below:

Processing Time

All orders require 24 to 72 hours (1–3 working days) to process before they are shipped or ready for collection. This processing time is not included in the shipping or pickup timeframe.

Shipping Options

Standard Delivery – £3.99

 

  • Delivered within 3 to 5 working days after processing

  • Free on orders over £100

 

Express Delivery – £6.99

 

  • Delivered within 1 to 2 working days after processing

  • Free on orders over £150

In-Store Pickup – Free

We also offer free in-store pickup from our studio location.

You’ll receive an email or message when your order is ready for collection.

 

Pickup times and address details will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Sèduire Beauty Studio, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns and exchanges guidelines below.

Processing Time for Returns​

All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

 

When Can I Return Items?

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You need to provide your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Hygiene & Safety Notice

Due to UK law and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

 

  • Cosmetics and beauty products

  • Hair products, extensions, or tools

  • Any item that has been opened, unsealed, or used

Exceptions apply only if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges accepted within 14 days, subject to availability.

  • Items must be in resalable condition (unused and unopened).

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping) after confirming the issue.

Refunds

 

 

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or sent incorrectly.

 

In-Store Pickup & Returns

 

If you chose in-store pickup, eligible returns can be made in person. Please ensure items meet the return conditions.
